The E5 extensive foot massage device has been designed to embody all the unique developments realized by Nuga Best over the past 20 years. A middle pair panels (coloured black / the inside pair) offers myostimulation to the feet, and two tourmanium panels (coloured burgundy and grey / the outside pair) offer warming-up and reflexology-massage, by the use of tourmanium ceramics. An ergonomic angle of inclination of the massage surface, high quality materials, a touch control panel in combination with a remote-control unit and an overall ease of use, result in a product which easily can be classified under ‘premium class’.
The innovative design embodies a balance between style and functionality, which allows the E5 foot massager to fit well into any interior of a private apartment, an office, a massage room, as well as in a clinic or a practioner’s room.
Legs withstand a large load daily, taking in account carrying the full weight of the body. The condition of the legs depends on the gait, posture and the general well-being of a person. Therefore, the legs need intense and extra care.

It has a beneficial effect on the general functions of internal organs, strengthens the immune system and increases vitality.
How does the E5 work?
The myostimulation panels are located in the center of the E5, coloured black. They are designed to affect the entire surface of both feet. The gradation of impulses from 1 to 20 allows you to choose the individual strength of exposure, according to the need or to you comfort level. 4 modes of myostimulation are available: from relaxing to sports.
The ergonomic arrangement of the myostimulation panels allows you to effectively affect the arch of the foot, which is especially important for its treatment fighting flat feet and in cases of foot deformation (growing bone under the big toe / hallux, curvature of the toes, …).
The myostimulation panels host 10 infrared lamps, by which heat deeply affects the feet, assisting in the effect of the low-frequency currents and additionally reduce pain and inflammation in the joints and vessels of the legs.
Apart from the E5-base unit, several additional accessories are included in the set such as the myostimulation handgrips, being used in combination with the mainmode (the feet-myostimulation), enhancing its effect and relieving pain in the upper body, as well as in the arms, knees and calves.
The exterior pair panels of the E5 are made of tourmanium-ceramics (coloured burgundy and grey), a patented invention and property of Nuga Best. Tourmanium ceramics have a range of useful properties, such as emitting infrared-heat, the ionization of ambient air and magnetotherapy.
The panel pair provides two elevations of tourmanium pyramids each, and each pyramid measures 7 mm / 0,275 Inch in height. These elevations serve to prevent flat feet, in combination with a proper support of the arches of the feet during the session. The tourmanium panels heat amongst your choice ranging from 50 – 70 degrees Celsius / 122 – 158 degrees Fahrenheit and is designed for warming and massaging while bringing the benefits of moxibustion to the feet at the same time.
The optimal angle of inclination of the E5’s surface makes it possible to use the massager while being seated, offering a combination of work, study or leisure, together with recovery.
Which principles are provided by the E5?
Low-frequency myostimulation: the effect of pulses from an electric current on skeletal muscles improves the blood microcirculation, reduces swelling, and prevents stagnation of fluids in the legs.
Infrared heat: warms up each biologically active point of the feet, having a beneficial effect on all internal organs. Tissues warmed by infrared heat, metabolism is restored, resulting in a series of positive consequences.
Reflexology: pyramids of tourmanium affect the biologically active points of the foot, having a beneficial effect not only on the health of our legs, but also on the health of internal organs.
Moxibustion (cauterization): is a temperature effect on the biologically active points of the foot, which activates the immune system and helps to eliminate blood clots and cholesterol plaques in the vessels of the legs.
Magnetotherapy: gently restores the natural magnetic field of our bodies, maintaining a general well-being.
How to use the E5?
The E5 is used to massage and stimulate feet, hands and other parts of the body, offering a local myostimulating skintherapy by using the included accessories.
Several options are available for foot massage:
- Use the inner pair panels of the E5 for myostimulation of the feet in a comfortable mode of choice. The main application towards the feet can be supplemented simultaneously with local myostimulation, using the included set of cups and/or the myostimulator hand grips.
- Choose the desired temperature setting (50, 60 and 70 degrees Celsius / 122, 140, 158 degrees Fahrenheit), standing with our feet on the (outside) tourmanium panels.
- to prevent or treat flat feet, use the elevations located on the outer tourmanium panel pair.
