Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team info@nugabestmedical.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package to ensure it arrives safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
